View Full Version : Oujia Boards - are they safe?
Howdoulikemenow333 01-24-2006, 02:41 AM Has any one ever played with a Ouija board before?Had any bad experince with them,or good? I have tried the parkers brothers and on line Oujia board before but, nothing really happen. Also are the on line Oujia boards just as bad as the boards? They used to advertise Oujia boards on tv on Saturday mornings they would say is it real or just a game?
dawsongirl 01-24-2006, 03:02 AM Ouija boards are fake. :) *waits to get **** for being a non-believer*
It should be called a yes yes board.
MsOrange 01-24-2006, 11:14 AM It should be called the "when everyone is in a group and trying to get a stupid board to talk to them you are 99% guaranteed that someone in the group will want to **** w/ everyone elses head" game

Yeah...I've heard some crazy stories about them.
~LadyJess~ 01-24-2006, 12:46 PM I have a Quija board and the couple of times my friends and I have tried to use it, nothing happened.
robyrob 01-24-2006, 01:23 PM i had one slip out of my hands while I was handling it once and I totally banged my head on the corner of the table while I was reaching for it, so I would say that they are definately NOT safe.

My friends uncle used one once and he got possessed and jumped out of a 5 story building window. He was so traumatized by it that he became a born again Christian and now all he does is go to church and talk about God. Their family doesn't talk about it anymore. It happened when we were like 3 or something.

WHAT DO U MEAN OUIJA BOARDS, ARE THEY SAFE???? WHAT KIND OF NON-CHRISTIAN ARE YOU??? GET DOWN ON YOUR KNEES AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dutabi84 01-24-2006, 03:37 PM Most pointless board games are safe, so ya.
Joe F 01-24-2006, 04:06 PM I don't believe in them, but my sister and a group of her friends played with one at a sleepover party in high school. They asked it if anyone in her class would die.
The kid it "named" was diagnosed with cancer about a month later and ended up losing his arm. They felt responsible for a long time. Then another kid in her class killed himself, and the Ouija board was long forgotten.

OH MY GOSH! IS THAT THE CRAZY LADY THAT WAS ON TV THAT WAS FREAKING OUT?! I SAW THAT AT MY BOYFRIEND'S HOUSE ONCE, IT WAS AMAZING.
Wow, capitals. Hmm.
Anyway, Oujia boards. My friend Katie brought hers over to my house and we tried using it but I got really scared for some reason. And I started freaking out, so we stopped. Then she said something about if you don't turn it over in the box demons will come out or something, and I couldn't sleep. I kept making her check to make sure it was turned over!!

Number 9 Dream 01-24-2006, 08:46 PM I've tried the oujia board many times with friends and nothing ever happened. Still, my Mom has always instilled the fear in me that something bad could happen if I left one in the house (which is why I've never bought one myself). It's still fun to get creeped out over it, though ;) Just not in my house!
