This is a question to whoever might answer it:if you were a police officer and were dealing with
a dangerous subject, how would you handle handcuffing/securing the subject? Choose one
technique:

1.Have subject bend at waist with feet spread outward and place hands behind back with arms upward and palms turned outward, fingers outstretched

2.Have subject kneel and then cross his/her ankles, hands behind head, fingers interlaced.

3.Have subject lie in prone position, arms straight out, ankles crossed and feet brought
toward butt.\
whatever the police dept. advises it's police officers to use. a police officer can't decide (at least here in my city) which one to use. they are advised which ones to use for certain individuals, certain situations, etc. it's not up to each officer to decide. it's textbook.

Most members have threads or posts that they're not proud of and don't want resurrected, so there's no need to post something from four years ago - in an attempt to ridicule someone.

On the 2002 thread in question, webwarrior requested that the thread be deleted, so that's what I finally did. Long overdue.
