I have this strange file called an OGG. It's a video file and it plays in my VLC media player. I would like to convert it to an Mpeg or AVI. Anything other than this. Anyone have any suggestions on which program I should use?

I have tried OGMDemuxer and VirtualDub and TMPGEnc and Gsot and none of them have helped me.

OGG is a compressed audio format - is there a separate video file with it?

I have heard this program is really good: Ashampoo Shrink & Burn. I believe there is a free download if you Google this program. ;)

nah, its one big file that has video and audio on it.
