Does anyone know what The Wonder Years episode is when Kevin falls in love with that blonde girl, and daydreams about him and her speaking french to eachother, but all he knows in french is Do You Want Butter?

That episode was already on this time around. The name of the episode is 'Ninth Grade Man'.

I think that one was on TNN today -- Tuesday 5/15.

Have they shown the episode where they were at the burger place and Kevin got in trouble with Winnie for looking at the girl at the counter? Then they went into a lot of flashbacks from past episodes?

They've shown all the episodes atleast once, in September they will move to the Fox Family Channel.
