Saw this very funny episode a couple days ago and I wanted to know what object Elvin "gave birth to" or did they even show it at all?

Bumping this up... I just watched this episode on Amazon Prime, and wondered the same thing. He screamed at Sondra to hit him to kill the pain, but he never gave birth.

What the heck??
