I was just wondering if anyone noted any edited scenes/dialogue in the syndicated episodes so far? I have seen the last three episodes with John Ritter many, many times because I originally recorded the original ABC airings. I only had a chance to catch most of the syndicated airing of season two premiere episode, "Premiere." I missed the first part of the epsiode because I was coming home from work. Anyway, I did not notice anything different than the orignal airing. Usually syndicated episodes have edits from them.

Am I correct, or did I miss something specifically on the syndicated episodes of sitcoms nowadays? And for these episodes of 8 Simple Rules.

I didn't pick up on that.Sorry,.......but i can bet anything that they start editing the episodes the next time around. They always do that with shows. After the first cycle is done, they get a little more chopped up....Let's pray the WB isn't that bad to it though.

I Love John Ritter

I had not seen the episodes since their original run on ABC, so I can't tell if they have been edited or not when I watched them in syndication on the WB.

I don't really remember what the episodes looked like originally but I do remember one and it hasn't been chopped to pieces yet. Hopefully the WB won't do that! :)
