If Courting Alex does better than this show will probably be moved.

TV GUIDE critic Matt Roush doesn't think much of COURTING ALEX: "The ever-
appealing Jenna Elfman is trapped in the tiresome role of a lawyer who can't see
her dates for her cell phone. She's Greg in a show without Dharma ... Worth
watching? First you'd have to stay awake." Elsewhere, in the program listings,
the magazine describes the show thusly: "Jenna Elfman returns to TV in the
very un-Dharma role of a work-obsessed attorney struggling to find a life outside of the firm." Dabney Coleman plays her boss/father.

I'll check out the pilot, but it doesn't sound too promising.

Per TV GUIDE (Jan. 30, 2006): OUT OF PRACTICE will "return in March when
CBS's mid-season COURTING ALEX finishes its tryout run." [This week's issue
called Jenna Elfman's new show a flop--and next week's issue calls it a hit. I guess they can't make up their minds. (Actually, I found the pilot to be better than I had expected. It was a kind of interesting role reversal on Dharma, with
Jenna's character being uptight and her boyfriend being the free spirit.)]

It is being moved. According to the futoncritic.com. If you go to the home page, and click on the right hand side of 'when does (incert show name here) come back?', You'll see a long list of shows that will tell you when they will return from break. 'Out Of Pratice' is one of them. According to them,(futoncritic), they will be returning on Wednesdays starting March 22nd at 8pm.
