I justed finished watching Love Monkey and I thought It was pretty good. I am concerned about how well it did on CBS it is so different than all their other dramas/comedys.

I think also they should move it if the ratings are not good but where is the question?

What do y'all think?

it's pretty good, it kinda reminded me of the movie "High Fidelity"

It was nice seeing Chris Wiehl actually getting a sitcom of his own, considering he's been a staple "guest star" on a lot of shows I watch (he was on Buffy in 97, Popular in 99, Charmed in 00, etc...), he was the brunette friend who wasn't Jason Priestley.

Is this the show with Tom Cavvanah and Jason Priestly??? I forgot to watch it. I wanted to watch it because they filmed an episode on the corner of my house...I thought it was airing Thursdays on CBS??? when was it on???

Finally got a chance to watch the premiere of "Love Monkey" and I liked it. Some of it was a bit cliched, but there is a good cast here and it was funny.

Plus, it's so nice to see a New York based show that's actually filmed in New York!

BTW, I think I was thrown out of the bar they used in the episode.

Buffyboy, you might be interested in knowing that Chris Wiehl, who you might remember as Owen in the "Never Kill A Boy On The First Date" episode of BTVS is one of the main characters on the show.

I recorded the premiere but haven't watched it yet. I expect to like it, just judging from the promos. We'll see.
