According to the latest issue of TV GUIDE magazine (Jan. 23, 2006), the 100th
episode of SMALLVILLE will involve TWO deaths of major characters. And, unlike
the comic books, Clark Kent will reveal his secret and propose to Lana Lang. The
article speculates that Chloe would be the most likely to go because she was
created specifically for television. (But, since the show's producers have already
changed a lot of other "facts" in the Superman mythos, anything can happen.
We will know for certain on January 23rd.)

We already have threads about this...but yeah, one of the death's (possibly Lana's) won't really be a death...it may be reversed somehow.

mr kent has a fatal heart attack before clark leaves for metropolis but again they have bent all the superman facts in smallville and who knows for sure if this going to be the last season now that it has done a rating rebound since it moved to thursday night .and lets face it this season blows away season 4
and 3 for that matter.

Lately, I've often found that my local newspaper gives more TV program info
than TV GUIDE magazine (yeah, big surprise there). Re SMALLVILLE episode #100 ("Reckoning"): Clark tells Lana his secret and begs Jor-El for help when a
loved one is killed in a car accident. Jonathan and Lex learn the outcome of the
senatorial election.
