acne? What medications do you use and what do you know of that works best?
I've been using Proactiv and it works quite well.. but I hate waking up with random pimple farms growing on my chin, forehead, etc. :snob: Any suggestions?

I ended up going to the dermatologist. Nothing over the counter worked.

Power sander
:brent
I've been using Proactiv. It's the only thing that's worked for me. It's a little expensive though, but a lot less painful than the power sander ;)

The only thing that ever worked for me was medication from the dermatologist. I had to use two topical creams-- Duac in the morning and Tretinoin at night. In addition to that, I had to take a pill called Clindamycin twice a day  I hated that pill because it gave me such bad acid reflux. Anyway, my skin is TONS better, although not completely perfect.

Getting pregnant!!!!!!!
Well, sort of...
I am not telling you or anyone else to get pregnant, but when I was pregnant with my first child (1983) i had a slight acne problem...then when I was pregnant, all of it went away. I was told it was the prenatal vitamins that help give the skin extra vitamins and thefore, it's healthier. You don't have to be pregnant to take the vitamins. It's just like multivitamins. To this day I still take them and they are great for skin, hair and also, they make my nails long, beautiful and strong. My aunt does the same thing.

Would you get pregnant from taking the vitamins?
