I can't understand it. They just arrested two teenagers for the beating of 3 homeless men in the city where I live. One of the men died as a result. These kids appear to have done this for the mere pleasure of it. What is this world coming to? The kids were 17 and 18!! My 8 year old son looked at me and asked "Why did they do that mom?" For the first time I couldn't answer him. I had no explanation for him. What has this world come to? These boys deserve no mercy!! I applaude the Fort Lauderdale Police Department for all their wonderful work!! I am proud to live in this wonderful city!!

I agree-- it's really sad and there's no rational explanation for it. I hope these kids get punished like adults.

Hopefully they will be tried as adults! Although we are the same city that had Lionel Tate in prision and released him!! Now he is once again in trouble for variuos crimes!! Most recently he robbed a pizza delivery man. Hopefully he will be found in violation of parole and be sent back to prison where he should have stayed!!
