I can't believe it has been 4 years now since you asked me to make the copies of Chico and the Man for you to help your portrayal of Freddie in "The Great Comedians of Color" show. Thanks for keeping his memory alive, and many successes in your own career.:) Every year on this holiday weekend I remember dubbing the tapes for you.

Right now I'm in Sunny California, I'm in the L.A. area. Meeting up with some friends and trying to get some stuff started, nothing real serious. I'm just out here trying to find myself.

I've been driving up and down the coast, enjoying the weather and admireing the scenery. Just got back from San Francisco last week. I've tasted some great wine on the way down the coast, they have excellent vineyards here. I'll explain in more detail and include some pictures and soon as I can update my blog, real soon lol. I've learned alot on this journey, like Family and Friends are the greatest treasures one can have. Thats why I value you guys so much, even though some of you've I've met only once, some of you I've never met, every time I come to this message board I feel like I'm part of a family and I thank you for that.

I believe Freddie is burried near Burbank. I want to visit him and pay my respects. Speaking of Freddie, I've been writing a very special show that was supposed to begin in December. Sorry I haven't updated you lately but the last few months have been rather hectic and often just plain hard. I had to move out of my place and got laid off from my job and so my life changed very quickly. As a result I had to push back my dream show.

No worries though, I'm still working and will complete it and get it to the stage as soon as possible. I have faith.

With that said, thank you all for all the wonderful memories and I look forward to many more years of friendship.

You are more than welcome for that.I let him know about your post and he came here in lightning speed.I knew that he would come here,I just did not realize how quick he would be!To top it off,he was in Ca. on vacation with limited access to the internet.
He is back in Jersey right now,he is going back to Ca. in a week or so.
Lucky,you have done so much for that man.He will never forget you and what you have done for him.Even when he becomes old and his memory starts to fade,he will never forget you.He thinks of you and the members here that he has come to know as family.You,Mariposa and Pitooey took the time to drive hours to see his show.Do any of you have any idea what you did for him by doing that.........
He was so proud to show you Pitooey and Mariposa what he had done with your help and the help of others here.You drove all that way.

Sorry it took so long to get to you.Anyway Laz is my "little adopted brother."
Please go to Laz's blog it is now updated and see the pictures that he put up.Also read about his adventures while in Ca.I worried about his trip there and his trip back.He is going back to Ca.So if anyone lives there,maybe they can meet him for coffee or something.He was also nice enough to post my photo on his blog.
He also mentioned this board.
Laz is the best "little brother and I have much love and respect for him and all that he has done and is still doing.
