May contain possible spoilers of ep 1 and 2 so don't read unless you've seen them yet...

I liked Keith in the first episode; first person view and not really seeing his face made him a possible mysterious add-on character. Turk and Carla having a baby would really change the set up of the characters relationships, and I think that would be too much of a shift with Eliot gone. I like how they're incorporating Eliot, but I hope it won't be something so simple as to keep her coming back for lunch or something. Janitor is classic as always, and they should do something to make the show have a new zing. It's not that it's stale, its just there is no overarching storyline or fued or character/story conflict (like season 1, where cox likes carla and turk knows, jordan slept with JD, etc...)
