Mr. Television 01-09-2006, 06:41 PM Andy and Helen were eventually married on the first episode of Mayberry RFD. treky 01-11-2006, 04:02 AM and Aunt Bee moved in with Sam Jones, the character who replaced Andy. And, I think Andy, Helen & Opie moved to another place, elsewhere in Mayberry. I saw an episode of "Mayberry, R.F.D." once, and Andy Griffith guest starred as Andy Taylor, and he was still the sherrif. (by the way, for those who don't know, R.F.D. stands for "Rural Freight Delivery") Mr. Television 01-11-2006, 04:39 AM Andy was the sheriff for the first season but then he and Helen moved away. They guest starred on a later episode and they had a baby Andy Jr. However when the Reunion movie aired in 1986 nothing was ever mentioned of him. sar 01-12-2006, 11:10 PM Actually, RFD stands for Rural Free Delivery. |
