When was the last time a four camera sitcom got this many good reviews? Brent88 01-12-2006, 11:04 PM It was pretty good... no Friends or Seinfeld, but certainly better than any sitcom on TV today. Jane Curtain is hilarious. Will be back next week... Mr. Television 01-12-2006, 11:06 PM I thought it was pretty good. GoldenFamilyTies 01-14-2006, 12:40 AM I thought it was VERY good. Definitely the best comedy on TV right now, I haven't laughed out loud this many times since Friends was last on. I hope the magic remains in the next episodes. The cast seems to have a good chemistry already. Lurker 01-14-2006, 11:31 AM Is there a new rule that states every new show on tv must have a gay charactor? The show would have been just as good if the wonder years kid was straight. It seems like they made him gay just because everyone else is doing it. I have no problem with peoples orientation. Hell, I say if it feels good, do it. It is just wierd that I missed the memo about the new requirement. :) The show does look like it has some promise. It will be interesting to see if it can survive in a media world that gives a show 1 episode to prove everything. andress_jade 02-02-2006, 06:04 AM I hear ya. I watched the first episode and was so happy to find out that Fred Savage was on it, only to find out that his character was gay. I was disappointed to say the least. It does look like a promising sitcom, otherwise. I don't personally care for the gay lifestyle, but there are gays out there and it's something I have learned to live with. I don't know why it's a requirement nowadays for their to be at least one gay character on sitcoms, but whatever. Looks pretty good, though. :) staypuftman2004 02-12-2006, 06:32 PM Hopefully show will last more than a season |
