I'm not sure which story you're talking about but its probably the Michael Rosenblum one. It aired this week. His dad did think there was a police cover-up and I assume you saw the update at the end where some of his remains were found. Other than that I know of no other updates but now you have a name so maybe that will help.

Hi, This is my first post! I don't know how to start a new thread so I hope someone sees this!

I saw this show also on Thursday - I think Mike was "accidently" killed by the police and they covered it up....

I am new to this forum but have been reading it for several weeks now. I have often wondered about what has happened to some of the people in the UM episodes, and I have learned alot the last few weeks from this website.

I do have one question tonight, and I'm hoping someone can help me.

Did anyone ever find out anything about the elderly man who was driving from Wisconsin to Washington state and was found in a garbage dump area in Montana or Wyoming or something? His car was found burning at a rest stop and a pick up truck with AZ or TX plates (?) was seen by a rest stop worker earlier in the day before the car had burned.

Any information on this would be helpful.

Wow! I think you're right on. Totally sounds like there was an accidental death. I don't want to accuse anyone but it sure is creepy that the law could be above themselves and get away with something like that.

Actually, he was driving from Oregon to his home in Wisconsin, only to be found dead in Montana. His name was Dexter Stefonek. The unknown suspect's pick-up truck was described as having an Arizona license plate.

Although I have found nothing to indicate any updates, someone living in Montana who is familiar with the case, would probably know for sure.
