I think so....No coverart or specs and its already January, no way will this be out in time...Shame on Parmount :mad:

Paramount, gots to release news on a Wings DVD release.. They just have to. Making us Wings fans wait so long is a crime. Hopefully anyday now a release date will be announced. Then, Wings fans get what they want.. and look forward to the day its released.

This is what amazon.com says about Wings

"Availability: NOT YET RELEASED: The studio is currently not producing this title, but to be notified when it is available, enter your e-mail address at right. You'll also be voting for this release; we'll let the studio know how many customers are waiting for this title."

I will believe Paramount is releasing this show when we have a firm release date and artwork that shows what the box looks like. I hope the rumor is true and they are releasing seasons 1 and 2 as a combo seeing as season 1 has only 8 episodes. Maybe sometime this year we will see its release but am not holding my breath. To the powers that be at Paramount I can only say YOU :censored:

tvshowsondvd did just put out a long list of shows that are supposed to see their first releases this year and thankfully WINGS is on the list. This release is long over due considering some of the trash that is on tv and being released right after its first season.

I asked the people at my local video store if they'd heard that Wings was coming, and they said no. They also said they'd be thrilled to hear about it because they both love the show.

You know, with all these people who claim to like Wings, it makes me wonder two things: #1 Why isn't Wings on DVD already? and #2, Why wasn't Wings more popular when it was origionally on the air?

It has been delayed. That is all I know. Feb. 7 was the original date. My bet is they will release it with the next Cheers and Frasier sets, which I expect in April or May.

I hope so. I am starting to take the opinion that I will believe it when I see it. I am no longer holding my breath.

April would be good....I have a bday that month. It would make a lovely present, hehe.

I hear ya Kristen..I too have a birthday in April so that would make a great gift! I just hate how they keep delaying the crap..so I'm w/ everyone...I'll have to see it to believe it....:rolleyes:

Hey, I have an April birthday too! :D (April 13. I'll be the big 2-5) Wings on DVD would be a nice gift. Having Brian delivered to my doorstep with a dozen roses and a box of chocolates would be an even nicer gift ;) :happyface

Wow, lots of April babies! Mine is April 20th...I'll be 21!!!! I think a gift that would top the DVD would be Joe on my doorstep with some wine...since ya know I'll be legal to drink it! :lol:
