This premiered on UK TV yesterday after being promoted like crazy i decided to tune in, unfortunately didnt think much of it. Along the same kind of humour lines as Scrubs - difficult to get into :(

Well, I thought it was Ok, I see what you mean about Scrubs, but I'm definately going to give it a chance

I see no connection with Scrubs. I hate that show but love Earl.
