A guy wrote this in his myspace. and it should make u think

Stop being so.............. yourselves. I know way too many really beautiful girls who think they don't look good... It hurts... because it's our fault, guys I mean. We make girls feel like they have to be perfect. You know what I mean, flat stomach, huge boobs, round ass, long legs, big lips, and on top of all that, they have to dress like a .........., and be one as well... nobody can measure up to that... and its not fair... because nobody should have to. The little imperfections are what make people special. If everyone was perfect the world would be so boring, variety is what makes life interesting. So guys, stop making girls have to live up to your, I'm sorry, our... deluded fantasy visions of perfection. Stop acting like boys and start being men... realize that women don't exist to fufill our sexual desires. Stop talking to them solely to get with them, be nice to them because you want to be their friend, not because you want to hook up with them. Say nice things about them not to flatter them in hopes that you'll get some, but because you know they like to hear them. In short... we need to grow up and stop being dicks... just because we have them doesn't mean we need to think with them.

Girls insult each other more then guys insult girls. For the most part. So yeah. Most of the time, it's the girls who go up to each other and go "YOU'RE FAT1!11!!!!! YOU'RE UGLY!11!!!!!! EWWW LIKE YOUR STUPID!11!!!!!"

These kind of things kinda annoy me because who says girls dont hurt guys? Girls are just as at fault for hurting guys feelings as guys are for huring guys feelings. These type of things make it seem like girls are perfect and guys are *******s who deserve to die.

Not that he's wrong...I mean, there's just more to it then that. He's totally right and has a good attitude on things like that...but EVERYONE is at fault for this, not just guys. Girls have a "vision of perfection" for guys too...it's probably something like musclar, jock...things like that.

But not all guys are like that. I'd rather take a girl with a good personality and average/not great looks then a girl who's pretty yet is a complete idiot/jerk.

i have always said that i don't want a girl with a good personality who looks like an ass, or a sexy girl who acts like one. but when someone has a good personality, or is good looking but is an *******, you don't notice how they look as much, but focus more on what kind of person they are.

Ok this guy is right but I think us girls are mean too. I'm not sure who's worse so I'm just gonna say that everyone is wrong sometimes and you shouldn't treat a person badly, that goes for everyone. its not just one sex's fault. I'm a girl myself, and I couldn't agree more. Girls are horrible to eachother aaggh can't stand em.

My girlfriends and I insult each other all the time but it's done in the humor. We know that we're just joking .... so it's all good.

I just hate it when girls I don't know that well insult me AND the worst part is they think the person they are insulting can HEAR them. :lol: :rolleyes: This one girl I know was walking behind me and I could clearly hear her say to her friend " Man she's a fatass her thighs are rubbbing together!" ( not to get nasty) and I knew she was talking about me because there weren't many other people nearby. Then later on, andother time she came up to me and said "Hi Monica, you look so seeexxy today!"

I don't mind when my closeer friends insult me even my guy friend does it, but like you said it's all in jest. It actually makes things better because we are more honest with eachother. :lol:

I actually put the blame on girls themselves, or that's the way it's always been with me. People have told me all my life that I'm pretty and stuff, and I don't hear people talk about me behind my back or anything, but I still cannot stand the way I look and will do whatever I can to change it. So, in my opinion, you can point a finger at the girls themselves (myself included) for allowing this pretentious idea of beauty to run and ruin their self-esteem/lives.
