No way. I love them on sandwiches with jelly, or on crackers, but to eat it right out of the jar. I once knew someone who would eat hot dogs right outof the pack. Didn't boil it, just put it on bread and ate it. Damn, it made me sick watching him do it.:eek:

PB would have to be paired with something sweet and thick-running, such as jelly or Mrs. Butterworth's Syrup, along with bread/toast.

I can eat it right out the jar with a spoon. I did it a lot when I was a kid. I'll still do it every now and again. But I didn't do it the way Dee did it. I would just scoop out a big mound on a spoon and it eat off the spoon like a lolliepop.

When I am in a PMS mood, I'll scoop it out of the jar with a candy bar and eat it. That's how Reeses was invented.

I don't see what the big deal is about eating out of the peanut butter jar. I love sinking the spoon down into the smooth undisturbed surface when you first open a jar.

When I was a kid I used to drum out songs on the jar with the spoon because they used to be glass and on the lid too because it used to metal. :crazy:
