His name was Kevin, not David.

And his character was just like Mark. He had a bad tone and attitude when he talked to Roseanne. He appeared in a tag scene where Roseanne asks him who he was and why was he in their home. He was there babysitting DJ for Becky and Mark, while they went out. "Kevin" was mean when he talked back to Roseanne. It was here that he and Darlene first talked to each other.

David is the complete opposite of Mark, so I think Irene's post was accurate.
