My family loves my meatloaf. I will admit, it is so juicy and good.
I also make a very good Pot Roast. My kids really love the potatos and other vegetables in it.
Right now, I am making Chicken Parmigiana with marinara sauce on top of spaghetti. It's my first time making it, but it smells sooo good already. I had been wanting to make it for the longest time, and I bought one of those frozen ones (yuck!! never again)...mine will be better!!!!

My absolute fave thing to make and everyone raves abt is my chicken enchiladas!!!! I need to make that some time soon:D

I don't cook as much as I used to, but I do like to make a stir fry every once in a while.

I also like to make pizza. I haven't done one with frozen pizza dough in a while (and it never comes out round) but the Boboli pizza crusts work well too.

Combine sliced peppers, mushrooms, pasta sauce, a few diced turkey meatballs and lowfat cheese on pizza crust, top with seasonings like pepper flakes or galic salt, bake in oven according to package directions.

Eat half, make preparations to wrap the other half to eat tomorrow, then eat the other half anyway. Go to bed feeling bad about yourself.

Oregon Peach Pie... it's a recipe for a pie consisting of glazed pecans, a cream cheese filling, topped with sliced peaches in a peach glaze, all baked into a graham cracker crust.

I made one on Monday just for myself (everyone always eats it on me)... um, it was gone by Tuesday morning.

Mmmmm, I don't think Iv'e ever had that before. Iv'e had regular peanut butter pie, and chocolate peanut butter pie, but never the cheesecake kind. I'll have to try that sometime!!

My mother in law made Swedish Meatballs and French Onion Soup together one night. She used the French Onion Soup as stock for the Swedish Meatballs as well as a lil white wine in it..THE most incredible recipes I've ever tasted for them......I need to get those again :(

I make a great artichoke dip (baked), from a recipe I got from my mother.

Everytime I make it (to bring to parties or for guests), it's a hit.

Yeah, me too. I use to come home for lunch with my brother and his friends, and we had the same routine everyday. Come home, make some Ramen and Kool Aid, and play Super Mario Kart until we were late for class. We had that routine for two years. I can still remember the aroma upon entering my house of kool aid, ramen, and cheap teenage cologne. Aaaah those were the days!!

They're not bad. It makes it much quicker to whip up a pizza. Try the thin crust ones though, less doughy than the original ones.
