Anyone dealt with messiahofpower? They also go by messiahofpower2.

I did a moderate sized trade right at beginning of the year. Claimed that they sent priority and, well, it went MIA. This week I was told that he would send me replacements. Decent communication so I am hopeful.

Well, I'm trying to stay hopeful too. Except I sent money as I am relativly new to trading. (trying to keep my voice down.. sshhh) I'm hoping to get what I asked for pretty soon but I sent money a month ago.

I explained to him I just got burned on e-bay and my defenses are up! Speaking of which, does anyone know how to smear someone who messed you over on e-bay? I want people to know about this guy! (I haven't left a bad mark on him yet but I did give him a final deadline.) E-bay name is rayfinkeldinkelstein, no previous ID to that one, was never given an e-mail address.

for sets like that, you are better off emailing traders on this site and asking to buy the set from them, than going on ebay and buying

this trading group is pretty safe, and we value our reputations so you might have better luck

how long have u waited on this guy to send the dvds???

i checked on ebay and it looks like he as only 14 or 15 good comments and 1 negative and hasnt sold anything for a month, so whats the hold up???? :p

Emailed me and asked for one of my extra sets, I said fine, couple more emails, but no communication since, so who knows, I am not out anything but a waste of typing.

Messiahofpower told me that he'd/she'd check to see if my package (which was supposedly sent already) was returned to the post office, but that's the last I've heard a couple weeks ago. I'm waiting on Messiahofpower to respond to my latest message. All I want to know is what's up!! I'm being patient but Messiahofpower has tried to set up a trade on this forum with someone else since we last talked which is making me wonder now.

And I hate feeling like this!! Messiahofpower told me that when the trade was over to make sure I told all of you how great it went!!

As for the e-bay guy, (rayfinkeldinkelstein) I've been waiting on his DVDs since before Christmas. I guess I should go ahead and give him that negative mark, huh? lol I suppose it's over. If I paid him with a money order and I kept the stub, is there any way I can get reimburst? (i can spell on my own now!)

he emailed me monday, and said he was redoing a disc for me- and would send out thursday probably.
My end was only shipped friday.

Yes, the first thing is- if the auction has been over for more than 30 days
File a claim with ebay for seller not sending-
it will be up to the seller, to prove he sent via confirmation or delivery signiture required.

If you paid with paypal its very very easy to do - and refunds are almost within 24 hours.

I was just thinking that! I feel real bad about starting this thread even. I knew everything was going to turn out well with him. I just got real pissed at the guy who ripped me off on e-bay, and I just figured I should do this. No offence to Messiahofpower at all! Thank you very much for handling it the way you did.
