Ok..wow I am soo confused right now. This episode was on last night, and I went to tv.com and I found out that this was the last episode of Night Court, and I remember looking at a lot of posts about how Dan ran after Christine and Harry let her go and stuff, and Bull got captured by aliens or something. Well, I was watching this episode, and none of this happened. All I remember is Roz was invited on a yaht and Dan got jealous and wrecked. What the heck is up with that? Is that the last episode of the series or no?

Okay, let me clear this up for you. "The 1992 Boat Show" was a pre-empted episode that was supposed to have been aired during the course of the season. So, by the time they did get the opportunity to aired it, the real series finale had already happened. That's why you'll see "The Boat Show" listed as being the last episode. Technically, it was the last episode to air but it was aired almost like a bonus episode after the series finale.

Does that make any sense?

Anyway, "Opportunity Knock, Knocks" Parts I and II were aired as a one hour series finale. This is where you'll see all the stuff we're talking about.

Ohh, ok, I see exactly what you mean. Yeah I was really confused when I was watching it and the whole time I was like, "Isn't everyone like suppose to be leaving?" haha. But thank you so much for clearing that up. I checked back at tv.com and noticed that "Oppurtunity Knock, Knocks" had the same plot so I figured that it was probably the episode, but I was too confused.

Cheers sort of did a goofy thing like that after they shot their final episode. They still had one to do, so the final one *aired* is where they all sit around talking about life, but the final one *filmed* was where Sam can't find a place to sleep after getting locked out of the bar.

And Shelly Long returns for the Finale as her character, Diane Chambers.
