Thanks, so do I. Hey, did you get your dvd recorder yet?
TVFactFan 12-31-2005, 05:33 PM Thanks, so do I. Hey, did you get your dvd recorder yet?
I didn't rush to get it because when I found out u can only make copies of DVD by having a Burner and a PC it was no need to rush because I don't have neither. I thought you copy copy DVD's the same u could VHS tapes with two DVD players hooked up to one another.
SoapFan71 12-31-2005, 05:51 PM They are only airing it once a week? Why is that?
U start it & stop it as if u had it recorded, like something u might have TIVO'd!! U can watch any available episode at any time u choose!!

seventies_sitcoms 01-01-2006, 12:50 AM Maybe Now I will get to see the episode College Man
Is that the one with Robby Benson dancing The Hustle with Ms. Romano?
NancyEiE 01-02-2006, 03:42 AM Since it will be on Comcast does it mean it's exclusively on Comcast and I'll never get to see ODAAT ever again while it's on Comcast?
seventies_sitcoms 01-02-2006, 12:20 PM Since it will be on Comcast does it mean it's exclusively on Comcast and I'll never get to see ODAAT ever again while it's on Comcast?
No, that isn't true. Low power stations across the U.S. play shows like Facts of Life and Diff'rent Strokes and they are currently playing on Comcast too.
I don't know why ODAAT never really caught on in reruns. I'm still hoping for a DVD release anyway because I know Comcast will not show all 9 seasons. It will be a lucky thing if we get Season 2 on there. I think it all depends on how many people select the program to watch. They must keep a count somehow. Right now there are only a few of us on this board who are excited that it is on, so I don't know how well it will go.
NancyEiE 01-03-2006, 01:44 AM Thanks for answering my question, and hey maybe it will go for nine seasons on comcast

Well I'm glad I get to see the Pilot uncut now. I had recieved the pilot episode in the mail 3 weeks ago and the episode was from E!.
vashti1999 01-04-2006, 11:11 AM My Time Warner system just added some new on demand channels today but they're lame. TBS on Demand, TNT on Demand, Adult Swim on Demand and some other channels. Nothing good that shows stuff like One Day at a Time. I need to write Time Warner and let them know Comcast is kicking their on demand butt.

Comcast also has TBS and TNT On Demand also. They're pretty useless. Same goes for Adult Swim, but I like the Something Weird On Demand Comcast has.

I was wondering if the episodes were uncut. Did E cut a lot of stuff out? Well, I haven't watched the shows yet. I've been watching the Tallmansville Coal Mine disaster on CNN. It's not really all that far from where I live.
