In the episode "One Happy Chappy In A Snappy Serape" it starts off with Rebacca talking on the phone with Sam who is down in Mexico(Cancun I think). I can't remember the show starting that way. I remember a part where Sam was offered the job down in Mexico from Martin Teale but that is never shown on the DVD. I also thought that Sam and Rebecca had a pretty lengthy conversation on the phone and that Teale set up the phone call. Anyone else notice this??? It sucks if it was messed up. This wasalways one of my favorite ones. I love the big guy coming in the bar in Mexico as another Norm.

Mine just goes from the end of the opening song to Rebacca on the phone. No opening credits or scene of the outside of the bar or the Boston skyline like in other episodes.

I saved the reciept so it's back to Walmart for a swapout!! :D

There is nothing wrong with your disc, the scene is there. Here is the hiccup: for that episode, chapter 2 is at the beginning of the opening credits rather than afterwards. So once the credits begin, if you hit you "Skip" or "Next Chapter" button, it will take you to chapter 3, after the mid-show commercial break, and it will seem as if you are missing half the show. Just don't skip the opening credits, or fast-forward through them, and you will get the show in its entirety. I hope you already figured this out; if not go get yourself another copy and enjoy.
