I have a question though - on Maddie's clip, just after half way, there is a scene where she says 'all of you just go to hell' - where is that from? She's wearing a purple suit and it seems like it's from Wonderful Job, but I don't remember it. Anyone know?

I think that's from "All Creatures Great and Not So Great." At the end in Maddie's office when David falls asleep, just like the priest did. LOL
