View Full Version : Has this ever happened to you??
Brad Russ 12-26-2005, 10:47 PM This video is totally relatable for anyone who's ever been put on someone's block list. As horrible as that experience is, this video is freaking hilarious, and in a weird way, kind of consoling!!

I only had it happen to me once, and couldn't for the life of me figure out why. Right up until she did it, we were having a great chat, or so I thought. When that guy is sitting there after throwing his computer on the ground with his hands in his face looking all sad, I laughed my ass off, because I knew exactly how he felt.
Janice 12-26-2005, 11:03 PM  That is hilarious. Such is life in cyberland.

Stormtracker TF 12-26-2005, 11:56 PM Yeah, had that happen to me a few times I think. I've never been able to prove it though, so who knows? Ah well.
swedeace 12-27-2005, 02:41 AM Funny.....but sad. Awww... Poor guy, especially when he didn't get a proper explanation or a chance or anything...
Ireneparalegal 12-27-2005, 10:05 PM You know Mel, don't take it personal. Who knows what could have happened. Any number of things could have happened. Not to sound or make anything depressing here, I had a cousin who loved to chat on-line and other stuff on the computer. She was 42. She was found dead in her house near her computer that was still on and it appeared she had been on-line prior to being found. She had an allergic reaction to some meds.
Anyhow, I am not saying that's what happened in this case with you, but some people chat on-line and then they never are heard from again. Maybe someone came into the room and she had to stop chatting.
Redd Foxx 12-28-2005, 01:51 AM Blocked? Like on a messenger service or something?

I really don't take it personally anymore. I think the fact that I had only known the woman for about a week, made it a little less traumatic for me. Had I known her for longer, it would have been far more difficult to deal with. I actually do know that she blocked me though, because it was on a website, and it actually said she blocked me. Oh well though. Like Janice said, such is life in cyberland.
I am very sorry to hear about your cousin Irene!! That is incredibly sad. :(
