This isn't supposed to be a complete list, right? Off the top of my head some shows not listed include Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Smart Guy, New York Undercover, not to mention syndicated shows like the 90's Flipper and What's Happening Now or TNBC shows like California Dreams and Hang Time.

I made the list and didn't include syndicated crap like Small Wonder. I also don't pay a lot of attention to shows on the fledgling networks.

Off the top of my head I can't think of that many, but shows like Xena and Hercules are examples of syndicated shows on dvd, Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. I don't have any desire for Small Wonder, but I wouldn't mind seeing some 80s syndicated comedies like Bustin' Loose or What A Country come out.

I would like to see Small Wonder on DVD. Apparently so would many others as it's unreleased rank on tvshowsondvd is 111th. Amazingly that's higher than Gimme a Break was.

It's shocking to me also that it's that high. I don't necessarily think it was such a great show, just a show I enjoyed watching as a kid & would like to see again.

A show not listed that I'd love to see from the 60's would be "Daniel Boone", which lasted 5 seasons.

:faint:

Has this been announced, or is it just a rumor?

The day they release "Peyton Place" (in a way similar to "Dark Shadows"), I will faint, then hopefully come to soon enough to run to the store and buy it. I'd buy each and every set they release.

You're right in that the show is "supposed" to be coming out on dvd, but since the studio working on it hasn't given us an official announcement or release date yet, I thought I would list it.

Artisan changed its name to Lion's Gate a few years ago, they're the company behind Will & Grace and Moonlighting on DVD

I've sent an email to tvshowsondvd.com asking if they know about any plans to release the show on DVD. I doubt I'll get a reply but it doesn't hurt to ask about it.

I have gotten a reply.

"Hmm....I don't think Artisan would own the show. They license stuff and then release it; they don't sit on it since it costs them money."

So obviously, when I saw it was licensed by Artisan Entertainment on TVShowsonDVD, they meant the pilot movie is licensed by Artisan :grr:

I'd definitely get all seasons of Alice (I have them on tape from various cable airings in the last 10 years, but they're syndicated cuts, interestingly enough, different cuts between E! and TNN). I'd also be interested in My Three Sons and Welcome Back, Kotter. Possibly a few others, but those are 3 that jump out at me as needing to be released ASAP! :D
