it's sad that ME-TV is doing a better job at being TV-Land than TV-Land is being TV-Land

networks really hate Diff'rent Strokes, do they not? DS premiered on ME-TV today and it's gone next week? lol.. Reminds me of when N@N brought it back at the first of Jan 2002 and got rid of it by the next week, and from what I heard, DS was a huge hit on N@N, what's with the syndication packet of this show? is it ala Three's Company where there's only a limited amount of showings permitted? Oh well, I don't get the channel and season 2 is coming on DVD soon and they're into season 3 in Comcast On Demand anyhoo

Yeah, HUNG UP!, I was a bit surprised to notice DS debuted 12/26 and is off the next week. Granted, I'm not Pavan and don't have inside scoops, so it could be a temporary schedule (although I doubt it). It's so weird for them to do that. Not even N@N was THAT bad (although close).

And yep, dawsongirl, I agree. It freakin sucks no one else can get that channel but lucky people in Chicago and the surrounding areas... grr...

And it really is doing a better job than TV Land is at being, well, TV Land. LOL.

What I wouldn't give for this channel! If I had it, I guarantee I'd watch all of these everytime they come on:

Green Acres
Petticoat Junction (added show)
Eight is Enough
The Facts of Life
Bewitched
Bewitched
I Dream of Jeannie (added show)
Carol Burnett & Friends (added show)
The Jeffersons
The Mary Tyler Moore Show
Barney Miller
The Bob Newhart Show
Cagney & Lacey
Laverne & Shirley
Get Smart
Alfred Hitchcock Hour (added show)
Jack Benny (added show)
Burns & Allen (added show)
Phil Silvers (added show)

TVLand needs to watch this and get a clue.

Hmm...

I think you can cancel the above changes... Looking at the listings on the official site, there are two different, but SIMILAR channels, WCIU and WWME. WCIU's schedule is the one I posted in the first thread. WWME is the same going into January as it has been. So Diff'rent Strokes, Lucy, What's Happening!! and others are still on.

I feel like an idiot, LOL. But it was confusing. WCIU and WWME have nearly identical schedules...
