Just a question, Do they air the episode of What's Happening and What's Happening, Now together? Like they do with The Hogan Family/Valerie/Valerie's Family.

I don't think they are sold together as one package as you will see some stations that only air What's Happening while others only air What's Happening Now. There is too much gap between them for it to be considered 'one' series.

My local UPN aired them back to back a couple years ago.
