That was in season 1, she was on the show singing twice. Once in the Christmas episode and again in the episode when it was Thelma's birthday. She was also on an episode of 227 when they had a choir competition

Season 1

"Thelma Frye, Dough Girl" was hysterical. I have the "Miracle" two-parter on tape somewhere; I'll have to dig it out. Ron Glass is the guest in that one if I'm not mistaken.
