This was taken in West Virgina recently 12/5/05 wwhen they had they Ice Storm, look on the hub cab it's ice,but dirty and it looks like something from outerspace and it's going to devour the truck or mate with it. Freaky anyways.

That looks a little like Sideshow Bob's hair.
