View Full Version : 12/19 Baker's Doesn't
Justfuhgetaboutit 12-19-2005, 09:33 PM What did you guys think of this one? I loved it! Everything thing about it was funny to me. Oh by the way, Carrie said she got that cake from a Hungarian bakery... I'm part Hungarian! It's cool to see references to them on shows because their not really famous, well they are sortive. I liked how Arthur and Spence try to make Christmas songs too!
jpcanes 12-19-2005, 10:46 PM Loved It!!KOQ has had some great episodes this year.that musical cakes thing was very funny!
HuntingtonM15 12-19-2005, 10:59 PM I also loved it. When Doug pushed that guy out of the way so he wouldn't be by the cake...

Yep, I loved that too! I liked when Carrie was drunk, and when Arthur crawled into bed w/Doug and Carrie. I really liked this one.
sanrio908 12-20-2005, 08:14 AM last night was really funny with carrie being drunk and all:lol:
Lurker 12-20-2005, 08:56 AM I liked this show a few years back, but I think that Carrie is getting too un-likable.
I would even call her charactor a witch with a B.
They should at least give us some reason as to why Doug would stay with her. Right now it seems he would be better off without her.
sweetdiggity 12-20-2005, 01:08 PM WHY????? Could ANYone see the show without Leah? I couldn't-it would be the end.

Nope, and that seems to be the general opinion of the fans. :)
tv star collector 12-20-2005, 07:47 PM VERY FUNNY EPISODE. ONE OF THE BEST.
sweetdiggity 12-20-2005, 09:02 PM I almost died laughing when Doug's mom (on speakerphone) was saying that Carrie couldn't bake, and Carrie said "At least I can match my pants and shirt ya(B****) Doug cut her off before she could swear!!! LOL VERY GOOD SHOW:wave:
Lurker 12-20-2005, 09:14 PM I am not meaning to say that the show should drop Carrie. They just need to give her charactor a little more humanity. The last few episodes I have seen, she was just a mean person.
They need to show her actually being nice. Not cranky.

I guess we have to assume that their characters have lovey dovey moments when we aren't watching...
I was laughing my ass off last night. That Kwanzaa song was hilarious. Can someone tell me what was the last song in reference to? I had my attention diverted for a moment and didn't get to see what the kids were singing this time and to whom.

IA 100%. Even though I laughed out loud for the first time in 2 seasons during the whole cake baking scene (especially when Doug pulled the cake out), she does need more humanity.
And Doug needs to grow up. He was a little better last night.
