Office Chirstmas parties, We had ours last night there was a lot of people, I bought a friend who is my nighbor.she had a good time, but, when we first walked the the mangers greeted us then there was this small bar, I thought it was free so I orded Long Island Ice Tea the waitress said it was 13 bucks, could'nt beleive it, so the rest of the night I had beer and two shsots of butterenipple, I know thats a strange name, but they were good, Now this morning I am feeling fine. Just tired so I think I am going to sleep all day.

my dad had his office party last night too. I didn't know anybody so it was not that much fun. The food was good though.

There was also a chinsee auction whicj I got a round ice-cream maker that looked like it was made for a hamster that goes in side and rolls around in it:lol:  then all of us went to the bar just right next door and dance to the band. It was a awsome evening. But I did go home early.

Sounds fun :) Oh, and I love buttery nipples, by the way ;) That is one tasty shot.

I know at some Christmas parties, people get loaded and turn into maniacs. Married people make out with people they're not married to, while others make copies of their asses on the zerox machine.

I hate Christmas parties. Being forced to be jolly around people you can't stand during the week, let alone the weekend...ugh. No wonder people get drunk.

I didn't go to mine for that exact reason. But I heard my manager ended up getting drunk and started dancing onstage with the band... now that I wish I could have seen. apparently, he got ****faced.

I wish my workplace had Christmas parties. We probably do, but I'm always the last to find out whenever there's a party. I think it'd be difficult to have everyone there though, since the theater has to be open 24-7.

I don't exactly work in an office setting, but we have sections of working areas. We computer techs and our supervisor work on the second floor. Other people such as the administrative staff, our dean and associate deans work downstairs on the first floor. We had our Christmas party last Thursday, and there was this fun gift exchange game we played. It was basically a potluck. It was fun because I like seeing what everyone gets for their gift and if they exchanged it for another. Ours isn't as bad as others' Christmas parties.

That's exactly what happens at our Christmas parties and one reason me and others from my department didn't go.
