yea, a local station in philadelphia, pa. showed it 3 years ago. I don't know why they choose to waste 2 airs of airtime with it, but whatever!

I was really dissapointed with the reunion movie. It seemed forced and everyone was out of characte. (?) Oh well there's always the amazing show http://www.candletech.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

No reunion movie is perfect, look at the Beverly Hillbillies. It was missing Mr. Drysdale and Max Baer. At least they mentioned Granny, them having Granny's Granny was dumb.

about the B.H. reunion movie, in the 1988 book, "THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES" by Stephen Cox; Paul Henning says that when he wrote it, he was on medication which, unfortunately, had a side effect that made him depressed sometimes. And when the cast started to read through the script, they realized that it wasn't working. But there was a writers strike in Hollywood at the time so they couldn't get a rewrite. And they were commited to doing the movie, and they couldn't get out of it.

Seems like the cast could have rewrote it themselves, they knew more about the characters and should have had some say, especially Buddy Ebsen. Though I do agree with Ellie May being a Vet.
