Christy Romano just 'announced' in on her website that she is now engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Cal Thomas....

The holidays are getting closer than around the corner so I hope you have most of your gift shopping done. BIG HOLIDAY NEWS! Cal and I set a gift limit of one hundred dollars this year but then he bought me an ENGAGEMENT RING! so now I cant possibly compete. LOL. My only defense was to accept his proposal. Needless to say, it has been an overwhelming month filled with champagne, travels, and phone calls from loved ones; everything Christmas should be. I cannot help but feel "in" the Christmas spirit.

Congrats to Christy! I hope this lasts longer than the latest 'engagments' in young hollywood! Especially when these 2 have been together for 2 or so years now! lol :)
