THE POWER IS BACK ON!!!!
That ice storm hit us BAD, and we were out of power all day yesterday and all day today up til about an hour ago.. i felt like crap not being able to wash my hair this morning (because I had no way to dry it!).. man, I am so glad it's back on! Anyone else affected by that ice storm that hit the south?

I have a friend in GA who lost power for a little while, but not too long.

Jonathan STILL doesn't have power. His uncle went down to ask the guys working on the lines if they could give him an estimation of how long it would be, and they just lauged at him. Some of the news channels here are saying that some people might not have power back until Tuesday.

Our power was out for over 24 hrs., due to the ice storm. :eek:

We had an ice storm like that back in 92 or 93. My grandmother was without power for a week.
