Hey what did u all think of Phil who played the bumb on Night court william utly he must liked the roll a lot he went from Phil to wil to the Bumb again lol.

and also did guest spot on Married with Childern dressed like Phil the Bumb same voice and everything i thought he did great

I liked Phil the bum, didn't care for him when he came back as Will, Phil's twin brother, that was kind of dumb. Anyway, he's a pretty good actor. He was on Days of our Lives a few years ago. he played the evil Dr. Rolf, kind of a like a mad scientist kind of roll. The first time I saw him on there I was like "hey, it's Phil!".

what i thought was wierd when he was done playing will phils rich brother.he went back to the bumb as will he is a good actor wish he be on tv more ofton. i felt bad when they killed phil off i didnt like that at all.it was sad
