It was not season 1. It was the episode where they leave George's dad's car in the handicapped spot and it gets trashed by the angry crowd.

Its called The Handicapped Spot, from Season 4.

I have never seen it without the usual Frank Costanza.

The original version, w/ John Randolph as Frank Constanza, is on the Seinfeld Season 4 DVD set. I enjoyed seeing someone else play the role for once. Jason Alexander recorded a new intro to the show, in memory of Randolph, who died last year.

George's original dad was the same actor who played Roseanne and Jackie's father on Roseanne, that's kinda odd knowing that they and George are step-siblings in a sort of way, lol
