Here is a photo I found of Lucy with a female impersonator. It looks like it is from the 1970's.

I thought that person looked like Nanny Fine's Mom. Dizzy Arnizzy 12-19-2005, 10:09 PM I think that picture was taken around 1986. :) NOVARick 12-31-2005, 06:17 PM Here is a photo I found of Lucy with a female impersonator. The following link is to a picture of Lucille Ball and a female impersonator that IS from the 1970s, and apparently dates to this impersonator's guest appearance on "Here's Lucy": http://www.jimbaileyweb.com/women/phyllis03.htm When Jim Bailey appeared on HL, Lucie Arnaz had already separated from her first husband. I'm not sure if it happened at this particular time, but Lucie Arnaz did date him, even though he's gay. Don't ask me why. Question posed to Jim Bailey about Lucille Ball (from his web page): INTERVIEWER: YOU APPEARED ON THE "HERE'S LUCY" PROGRAM. DID LUCILLE BALL MAKE AN IMPRESSION ON YOU? JIM: Absolutely. I learned more from her in a week than I could have learned in a year at any acting school. Dizzy Arnizzy 12-31-2005, 09:49 PM Right, "NOVARick." I just remembered that this photo was actually taken in 1988 when Lucy was in New York. :) |
