The bully was teasing Cindy and even gave Peter a black eye. You mean to tell me that Peter felt sorry for him after that. LOL. Yeah, I wouldn't have gloated abt it, but I wouldn't have felt sorry for him either...he had it coming and when someone is a bully, they need to know that there are those you are going to push so far and they may retaliate. I think that the ending on this episode is a little over the top. For Buddy to come over to the house to borrow Cindy's tounge twister book. Boy, the producers sure had a quick mood swing for that tag sequence! I believe Buddy running away after Peter punches him in the mouth. But when did Peter, Bobby, and Cindy suddenly become friends? Buddy would run away in humiliation and that's it. Peter does have another "off-screen" encounter with Buddy.
