For my photo duties I use PhotoFiltre to change .gif and .bmp images to .jpegs for uploading, and it has a part in its printer section that allows the user to size the image for printing.

I use The WipeInfo on my CD-rom of Norton Utilities 2002 to wipe files from my hard drive, and I used it to clean the free space on my old computer that has Windows 98Se. I can't use it from the CD on Windows XP (the program has to be installed to use the "wipe free space" feature).
