nobody annoyed me except sam royer and if i made a list of everything that annoyed me about that jerk this thread would take up 20 pages just for my list

I just didn't care for Glen Scarpelli as Alex at all. I also did not care for Barbara's husband too much. Adding a male child to the Romano/Cooper household really stunk to me. Having a child added to a show's cast always ruins it. Like I will probably get the first and maybe second season of Gimme A Break, but once Joey Lawrence shows up collecting for Jerry's Kids I'm gone!!

Now since I'm able to see the show again I must say David is my least favorite character right now. Not only is he nerdy, but he strikes as a little bit creepy. Does anybody remember him as the grocery store delivery guy from All in the Fsmily" or as the failing football college star John-Boy has to tutor on "The Waltons?":eek:

I remember him playing a molester with that girl from the Chevy Chase European vacation movie. Ever since then, he has been creepy to me. The only exception is when he played the defense lawyer for the Farrah Fawcett character in The Burning Bed. He was awesome in that movie. Watching him in that makes me totally forget him playing that molester.:eek:

The only exception is when he played the defense lawyer for the Farrah Fawcett character in The Burning Bed. He was awesome in that movie. thanx for the info. i had forgotten the title. that poor actress in that movie died when she was a young adult. I can't remember her name.

Dana Hill...she died in 1996 at age 32 from a stroke after diabetes.

She was 17 when fallen angel was made in 1981, but being a small child, looked a lot younger, which fit in with the theme of the movie...

Fallen Angel was a TV movie, and it WAS creepy !

I found Nick Handris to be annoying. His chauvenistic views were nerving to hear. No wonder why he is not married and it was beyond me that him and Ann were romantically involve together. Those two had no on screen chemistry to light a candle. I was glad when his character was written off but too bad Alex was not written off as well.

Jenny (second season neighbor) - Reminds me too much of Willona Woods of Good Times. That season when she was on there the show was not enjoyable to watch.

David Kane - Desperation to married Ann was another sign to want a mama type for a wife.

Alex - I did not like that character and Ann should had popped him for mouthing off at her.
