View Full Version : COMCAST USERS! Help get ODAAT on Demand!!
seventies_sitcoms 12-02-2005, 08:25 PM If you are a Comcast subscriber try to follow this link on the Comcast website and request ODAAT to be made available on Comcast on Demand. All of the comedies they show are from Sony and so is ODAAT. What are we waiting for??

If the link won't work go to the comcast.com website and go to the On Demand section. You should be able to find the On Demand comment and program suggestion page.
seventies_sitcoms 12-02-2005, 08:38 PM I asked for ODAAT, Police Woman and Hello, Larry. I told them how unhappy I was because they removed Maude from the Tube Time schedule.

I put my Vote in
NancyEiE 12-02-2005, 11:09 PM What about the fans who don't have comcast? I have cox and can't afford cox on demand. ODAAT needs to be on a network that everyone can get.

That's the truth. I understand how you feel. Time-Warner is supposed to start an On Demand service with old shows. I just might have to have my sister tape shows when and if they carry shows like "Alice." All TV shows should be made easily available to the public in this day and age. Keep voting on that Sony poll. We're falling down!
You have to pay for Cox on Demand separate?

Knowing Cox yes I probably do since I don't have a cable box, that's extra.
seventies_sitcoms 12-03-2005, 11:54 PM Do you know if Cox plays any television shows?
NancyEiE 12-04-2005, 12:09 AM I saw on the tv guide website a listing that said On Demand, most free on Channel 1 but when I put it on channel 1 there is nothing there. I need to check it out on their website I know I do.

You probably need a cable box. Thats what I have.
NancyEiE 12-04-2005, 12:16 AM I do. I just checked it out and I'd have to order digital cable. I already pay a arm and a leg for their internet service and their exteneded cable service. Verizon plans in the near future to offer the same services here. Hopefully their prices will be better. I'll go and vote at comcast anyway for those of you who have it.
Dean Winchester 12-12-2005, 04:42 PM actually, I hope ODAAT doesn't come to Comcast... I already hate Comcast users with such a passion for getting access to Facts Of Life and Diff'rent Strokes episodes past what's on DVD, if you guys get ODAAT also, I think I might hate you guys with Comcast enough to kill

Looks like I better buy a darn good home security system because I want One Day on Demand!!!:happyface
seventies_sitcoms 12-14-2005, 09:49 PM Well I haven't received a reply from Comcast. I wonder if they even read my suggestions?. Gee, not even a thank you for your suggestions or a thank you for your time. Sounds a lot like Sony!
seventies_sitcoms 12-19-2005, 03:50 PM I finally received a response from Comcast, but it was one of those generic computerized-sent e-mails. It said something like "Thank you very much for letting Comcast know about your suggestions. We can't personally answer your suggestions, but the information you provided has been read and forwarded to our higher-ups."
SoapFan71 12-31-2005, 10:03 AM ODAAT is coming to Comcast ONDemand on Jan 4,2006!!!! Would be nice if someone made a site like that Facts of Life site that has the ep's uploaded on it for those of us who don't get Comcast & r waiting for the DVD's to come out!!
NancyEiE 12-31-2005, 02:06 PM If they did that they can get in trouble, so could people who d/l from that site. It would be nice though.
