I believe the finale is on the 22nd. John Lithgow appeared on a local news show here and told a little of what happens in the final show.

Yep, it's on this Tuesday from 8pm-9pm. Looks really good.

It was really good. Dick finally telling Mary everything. Sally giving Don the confidence to continue being a cop. Tommy and Harry maxing out their credit cards and throwing a big party. And that last scene. I hope I didn't spoil the show for the people who haven't seen it. It was all good.

I liked the Series Finale alot it was very good and sad also. It was sad when Tommy said that he did not want to leave and also the part when Dick and Mary said bye.

I agree--it was a great show last night. Good ending for a good show!

The only thing it really left open in my mind is even though he took Mary's memory of him away-- don't you think people like Nina, etc.. would still talk about Dick and wonder where he went.. and if Mary has no memory of him it would just be weird. Oh well, maybe I'm over analyzing this.. LOL

Yeah, but it is kind of funny to think of Mary at work the next day. Nina askes where Dr. Solomon is. Mary says, "Who's Dr. Solomon?" Nina says, "Dr. Richard Solomon, the lunatic physics professor you've been dating for the past six years."

Of course, everyone would think that Mary is crazy because she can't remember the Solomons. Which might be a good jumping off point for a reunion movie.
