I just found out last night that my Godmother went to school with Jimmie Walker. She says that she was very surprised at how he played the JJ character because in school he was very quiet and mainly would just read and keep to himself.

How interesting! Thanks for sharing. I guess JJ and Jimmy really are two completely different ppl. I didn't know JW was a reserved man. :p

It's funny how the quiet, bookish kids can play the loud, bubbly, extroverted type roles so well. I've always enjoyed that. :D

I didn't think he was that reserved when I saw him here at my workplace. He was dressed like he had just finished working out at the gym..........sweatsuit and tennis shoes. I would think that when you are performing, you would dress to impress. He just turned me off from ever wanting to see him in person again.
