Joey, The Apprentice, Three Wishes will return somewhere after january along with other new comedys and dramas

The change opens up Tuesday nights for the return of "Scrubs," which will begin its fifth season on Jan. 3. NBC plans to run back-to-back new episodes of the show in January, leading up to the start of the Winter Olympics on Feb. 10. "Joey" and "The Apprentice" will return following the Olympics, with the former possibly becoming a "Scrubs" companion on Tuesdays.

Yay for "Scrubs" returning, and with two episodes a week to boot!

Slight boo to "Joey" being shelved temporarily. So depending on whether it returns to Thursdays or gets moved to Tuesdays, it won't be back until either Feb 24 or Mar 1? Ouch.

But yay for "Scrubs"!

You don't see the bad news in that? They are burning the episodes off. If it doesn't really improve(and it won't... not against House, Commander-in-Chief and TAR) it's GONE... Joey is hanging by a thread as well.

It does "decent" for a Friday(beats ABC), but it's VERY expensive. Constantly giving away stuff... money, money, money, and it's not translating into ratings.

Still, I do believe it would do better than "The Most Outrageous Moments" What are they thinking? It comes in FOURTH on SATURDAYS!!! ohno:

What is the deal with Invasion? Now it's return on December 21st is replaced by back-to-back episodes of Lost(the 28th as well). Is the show even going to be back in January? :confused:

True... but I just don't see this as good for the show... Lost repeated horribly as well that very same week which could be to blame for Invasion's drop(although it's numbers were absolutely inexcusable that week). So what's going to happen in January-May when Invasion has to be a repeat... Alias? A new show? See that doesn't make sense either if it's just going to air a couple of times and the rest of the time air on another night...

I doubt Invasion will have any repeats. It'll probably air all new from Jan. 11 until it finishes the season.

ABC ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL JANUARY PREMIERE DATES

*"Crumbs" to Follow "Dancing with the Stars," Beginning Thursday, January 12

The ABC Television Network has announced premiere dates for "Dancing with the Stars Result Show," "In Justice" and "Crumbs."

As previously announced, "Dancing with the Stars" will premiere Thursday, January 5. The new season of the summertime hit will premiere with a two-hour installment (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET). As of January 12, it will air in 90-minute installments in its regular time period, 8:00-9:30 p.m., ET. Its eight-week run is scheduled to conclude Thursday, February 23.

"Dancing with the Stars Result Show" will premiere Friday, January 6, in its regular time period, 8:00-8:30 p.m., ET.

This second season of "DWTS" will feature a new lineup of celebrities, who will be announced at a later date. "Dancing with the Stars" is the U.S. version of the international smash hit series, "Strictly Come Dancing." This version is produced in America by BBC Worldwide. Richard Hopkins (UK) and Conrad Green (USA) are executive producers. Izzie Pick is supervising producer. Alex Rudzinski directs.

"Hope & Faith" will remain on Fridays but moves to an earlier time period, 8:30-9:00 p.m., ET, as of January 6.

"In Justice" also joins the Friday night lineup as of January 6, premiering in its regular time period, 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET. "In Justice" is a completely new take on the procedural drama. Focusing on cases of justice run amok -- sloppy police work, false testimony and biased juries -- the National Justice Project is a high-profile, non-profit organization made up of hungry young associates who approach their work like a puzzle... a puzzle that's been put together wrong. They fight to overturn wrongful convictions, liberate the falsely accused and discover the identity of those really to blame. They're led in their task by modern-day heroes, David Swain, a blustery but charismatic attorney of questionable ethics but undeniable talent, and his chief investigator, Charles Conti, a former cop. "In Justice" stars Kyle MacLachlan as David Swain, Jason O'Mara as Charles Conti, Marisol Nichols as Sonya Quintano, Constance Zimmer as Brianna and Daniel Cosgrove as Jon Lemonick. Executive producers on the series are Robert and Michelle King, Stu Bloomberg and Jeff Melvoin. "In Justice" is from Touchstone Television.

"Crumbs" will premiere following the second episode of "Dancing with the Stars" on Thursday, January 12, in its regular time period, 9:30-10:00 p.m., ET. This frantic family comedy focuses on two estranged brothers - Mitch and Jody - who are forced to reunite when their mother, Suzanne, is released from a psychiatric facility. Mitch is the prodigal son who is returning home after a failed Hollywood career, and Jody is the older brother who stayed behind to run the family restaurant

business. Rounding out this dysfunctional family is their father, Billy, who has not yet told his resentful and somewhat volatile ex-wife that he's about to have a baby with his new girlfriend. "Crumbs" stars Fred Savage as Mitch Crumb, Jane Curtin as Suzanne Crumb, William Devane as Billy Crumb, Eddie McClintock as Jody Crumb, Maggie Lawson as Andrea Malone and Reginald Ballard as Elvis. Marco Pennette created the series and serves as executive producer. Mike Tollin, Brian Robbins and Joe Davola are executive producers. Word is sometime in March. If Elfman's show does better than they expected, than I would predict Out of Practice and The Adventures of Old Christine on Wednesdays 8-9pm.

I really like both HIMYM and OOP, I hope both make it back next fall.

same here, I don't know why they are taking out OOP for 2 months and bringing it back, they should just air Old Christine and TJES on wednesdays from 8-9 starting in march when yes,dear and stillstading are do

I wish they will air all 15 of yes, dear and Still standing and then for the next two weeks after that they will have a double shot of new still standing, and then OC and TJES would take over from there.

Hello Larry: The Next Generation. Larry's daughter Ruthie has taken over her late father's radio show, having inherited her father's quick wit and gift of gab, and his other daughter is trying to have him cryogenically frozen hoping someday they can revive him.

Joanie Loathes Chachi. Chachi tries to win back of the love of his estranged wife Joanie, who's filed divorce papers citing "irreconcilable differences" and "terminal dorkiness" as the reasons why she can't live with Chachi anymore. What's worse is their two grown kids, Howard and Marion, agree with their mom and offer to do anything they can to speed up the divorce process. Wackiness ensues when Chachi tries to sabotage his ex-wife-to-be's dates! Even more wackiness ensues as Chachi tries to manage his bachelor apartment and child support as a lounge singer in a sleazy bar in Milwaukee, 1982.
