I can't believe this one's coming out so soon. This is a pleasant surprise. Fox is starting to become one of my favorite TV-DVD companies. Now I can go ahead and finish watching my Season 1 set instead of taking my time with it :lol: The extras for this set sound awesome and I can't wait to get it. Now, if only MGM would announce Fame: Season 2 in the very near future. . . :cool:

I went to tvshowsondvd.com before I saw your post. All I did was saw White Shadow Season 2 and that was all I needed. I didn't even read the whole thing and see the extras listed at the bottom. I just looked for the date. The commentaries and featurette do sound good. I hope we get to see Hooks, Stewart, Kilpatrick and Augustain on the featurette in addition to hearing them on the commentary.

:lol: Yep. That's the one I'm looking forward to. Also, the one where the team plays the Harlem Globetrotters and the classic episode where the gang goes to a strip joint and recognize one of the strippers as their English teacher :lol: Some good stuff coming up fa sho'!

Maybe because they're using a season 3 picture for the cover of the season 2 dvd, they needed time to fix it. According to Fox's website (http://www.foxhome.com/foxhome_main.php?section=tvondvd), the release date for season 2 has been pushed back two weeks to March 21.

I hadn't had the chance to check out any of the extras yet, I only clocked the episode lengths, but if there's indication that a season 3 dvd release is on the way, that's great news.

How could the makers of this box set NOT NOTICE that the cover art for Season 2 is a shot from Season 3? How in the world did this happen? I'll bet Ken Howard just grimaced when he saw that. It shows a total lack of respect for the show IMO. Sad. It ALMOST makes me not want to own it.
