I'm one of those types that hates to shop with other people....I just find it more annoying than anything because I like to take my time and browse all the stores I want without feeling like I have to rush. Plus, it always seems like my friends want to pull me in all sorts of stores. The only exception is shopping with my Mom...I love shopping with her because she likes to take her time and look around too :)

So, do you guys prefer shopping with friends/family or alone? Or do you just not like to shop at all? ;)

I like shopping alone, but that's when I spend the most money. So it's probably a good thing that I usually go with my friends so I don't splurge all my money. :lol:

Depends on how quickly I want to shop, sometimes I just wanna be in and out. Otherwise, I like the company.:)

I hate being alone when I go places, but when I'm shopping, if I'm in a store I know the other person doesn't want to be in, then I feel like I'm constantly under scrutiny and that the person is probably getting impatient waiting for me to get out.

I have a friend though who is my LEAST favorite person to shop with. She always wants to breeze through whatever store I'm in, then she spends like a damn HOUR in one store, and then when I still need to go somewhere she's like "But I have to be home in 20 minutes!" or "I'm tired!"

So then, I politely tell her that I spent two effing hours looking at her crap and that she has no choice but to let me do what I came there to do in the first place.

Alone most of the time, but, sometimes I like the company.

*huffs* Well, I mostly have work friends because I see them on a regular basis. As I mentioned in another thread, I don't really have any "real-life hangout" friends let alone shop with them.

I hate hate hate shopping with my mom. If I as much as glance at something that isn't on sale she starts lecturing me about our lowly financial state. I like shopping with my dad. I tend to get anxious when I'm looking for clothes, and he's the only person who can tolerate that.

Most of the time I'd probably rather go alone because then I won't have someone asking me why I'm buying that or looking at this.

The one friend that I do have...I wouldn't go shopping with. I don't think I'm the best person to go shopping with because I'm pretty impatient (very impatient actually). I go in, get what I want, get in the SHORTEST line and leave...in as little time as possible. It's just easier going by yourself because it'll take less time. :lol:

I like shopping with my friends, especially if it's for a special occasion (Like a school dance or someone's birthday party) and I need a second opinion on something I want to buy. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, my friends and I haven't been to the mall together in eons, so now I go alone or with my family. :(

If I'm shopping for clothes or Christmas gifts, I shop alone. I like to shop with a friend if we're going to hit the cosmetic and perfume counters.

Alone. I always seem to get more accomplished when I'm shopping by myself, without any distractions! :)
